At Violet Serene Spa, we want to create the best experience for all of our clients. We pride ourselves on being a place of peace and serenity. Thank you for reviewing our policies.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Violet Serene Spa team! Your appointment is reserved especially for you, when you cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance via text reminder. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. Any appointment missed or canceled without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If your appointment is part of a prepaid package the service will be deducted from your package.
All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card information is stored with full encryption. "No show" appointments will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to book their next session.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and charges will not be applied. Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Violet. If you make an Emergency no charge request, Violet will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are considered like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards. Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates. We honor the special price for the life of the certificate if it is purchased during the promotion. There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.
If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 24 hour window, you will forfeit your gift card. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
Visitors & Children Policy
Violet Serene Spa strives to be a relaxing and enjoyable facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by small children without supervision. We do not allow any visitors to wait in the treatment room while in a service. This policy is strictly enforced.
Boutique Policy
All retail items purchased at Violet Serene Spa Boutique are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged or defective. We do not accept exchanges. If an item is damaged or defective, you have 10 business days to report a claim. Claim must be in writing to Violetserenespa@gmail.com
Cell Phone Policy
With Serenity as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you put all cell phones on silent mode before entering the spa.
Prices Subject to Change
We are constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time with or without cause or notice. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
